Cindy and Robert Calderón, current owners, brought their professional talents to Smith Jewelers in 1986. Cindy has a lifelong history with Smith jewelers. Her parents, Ruline and Bill Junkin became partners with Howard Smith in 1959, and eventual owners. Cindy has followed Howard Smith and her father in becoming a Certified Gemologist with the prestigious American Gem Society. Robert is a Gemological Institute of America trained bench jeweler with vast experience in repairs, wax models, custom design and casting.
